How I work

Everything starts with a diagnosis.

I don't offer the same thing to different businesses. That is why, before supporting you, I investigate.

The stages

Three stages, one at a time.

Stage 1

Diagnosis

I investigate before I give an opinion. 30 to 45 days reading culture, people and operations. What comes back is where to look, what to prioritize and what is actually happening. Not all the answers. The ground to build your own.

  • Opens with organizing what you already have
  • With no organized history, it starts with digging
  • Exercises throughout the process
  • Access to the Decision Oracle
Stage 2

Plan and roadmap

A plan that doesn't fit isn't a plan, it's a wish list. This one respects the time, energy and money you have. What to do, in what order and by which criteria to decide when I am not in the room.

  • Delivered in writing, together with the diagnosis
  • It is the condition to start ongoing support
Stage 3

Ongoing support

One year, not six months. After the diagnosis, the plan goes into action and I stay alongside with direction and course correction as reality shows up.

  • Leadership development
  • Weekly meetings that become biweekly and, over time, monthly
  • Exercises, and what was decided in writing after each meeting
  • Pace adjusted whenever needed, to speed up or slow down
  • The goal is for me to be less and less necessary: in the end, autonomy

The journey

From first contact to ongoing support.

  1. 01

    First chat

You pick a time on my calendar and answer the pre-work at least 48 hours before, so I arrive prepared.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Tailored to your moment, presented in a conversation.

  3. 03

    The yes

Contract signed and the agreements on paper.

  4. 04

    Onboarding

The official start, with access to the Decision Oracle and its user guide.

  5. 05

    Diagnosis

30 to 45 days. It starts by organizing what you already have and ends with diagnosis, plan and roadmap in writing.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

One year. It starts with putting the plan into practice, at a pace that fits you.

Not the time for a diagnosis yet?

There is the First Move.

From the inside

I live the client's process.

There is a consulting practice called mystery shopping: someone experiences the service and reports what they saw. What I do is a variation, with two differences: it is not hidden, you know I am there; and it is not an audit of your team. It is living the experience you deliver, to understand the business from the inside.

If I execute, I stop seeing. Keeping execution out of my scope is what protects the quality of the reading.

The agreements

What we agree on before we start.

What is mine

Diagnosis, strategic reading, provocation, direction, ongoing support and a written record of all of it.

What is yours

You execute. The decision and the time given to the conversations, and to what happens between them, are yours too.

The pace

Here we refuse both rush and paralysis. We look for balance. Your result is proportional to your effort.

What I don't do

I don't execute, I don't deliver generic plans, I am not a therapist or a life coach, and I don't promise what I can't deliver.

The hard conversation comes before the contract, not in the middle of the work. That is what protects the relationship and the result.
